Privacy Policy

JZ Holding Group Inc. · Last updated: October 26, 2026

This policy explains how JZ Holding Group Inc. handles information in connection with this website, jzholdinggroup.com. It applies to this website only and not automatically to the Scan Page product or any other product, which may have its own privacy policy.

In short: this website has no user accounts, sets no cookies, and runs no advertising or behavioral analytics. We receive the information you choose to send us through the contact form, and our hosting and rate-limiting providers process limited technical information to keep the site running and protected.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form on this website or email us, you choose to provide information such as your name, email address, the topic you select, and the content of your message. We use that information to read, respond to, and keep track of your inquiry. We do not use it to send marketing emails, and we do not require you to create an account.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through the contact form, such as financial account details, health information, or government identification numbers. The website is not designed to receive that kind of data.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers, third-party behavioral analytics, or embedded tracking pixels. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third-party font service. Because we do not use non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, the site does not display a cookie consent banner.

If we add analytics or other tracking in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for consent before enabling it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site relies on hosting infrastructure that processes basic technical and security information when pages are requested. This can include an IP address, browser or device information, the requested page, a timestamp, and similar request metadata. We use this information to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect it from abuse.

When contact-form rate limiting is enabled, a rate-limiting service processes your IP address and request timing to limit repeated submissions. That rate-limit record is short-lived and expires after the 10-minute rate-limit window.

How we use information

  • to respond to messages, support requests, and business inquiries;
  • to operate, maintain, and secure the website;
  • to prevent spam, abuse, and technical problems;
  • to comply with legal obligations that may apply to us; and
  • to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal bases for processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar law applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests: responding to inquiries you send us and keeping the website secure, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
  • Consent: where you have given it for a specific purpose, which you may withdraw at any time;
  • Legal obligation: where we must process information to comply with applicable law.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate this website. These currently include Cloudflare for website hosting and infrastructure, Apple iCloud Mail for delivering and receiving contact messages, and Upstash for contact-form rate limiting when it is enabled. These providers process information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their own policies.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights, safety, or property or those of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not otherwise sell or rent personal information.

Links to third-party products, websites, or app stores are provided for convenience. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for transfers of personal information across borders.

Retention

We retain correspondence and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your inquiry, maintain normal business records, and meet legal or security needs. Rate-limit records expire after the 10-minute window described above. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or stop using it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including encrypted connections, input validation, and abuse prevention. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete or correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We ask visitors not to send sensitive personal information through this website.

To exercise a right, email jacky@jzholdinggroup.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our website, products, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. You should review this page for the current version.
